Hi all, I replaced the housing and screens on both 7 and 7 Plus and having the same issue with sound not coming out of bottom speaker on both Everything checks out correctly as below Speaker not greyed out on calls Voice memos work Ear speaker works NOTE On the 7 plus I swapped a working and tested speaker and still The iPhone 7 speaker grayed out is usually caused by a chip on the iPhone 7 logic board, this chip is called the Audio IC Chip There is a slight chance that it may be a software issue (which will require you to factory reset your phone simply to just "test" and see if it is), but based on our experience, this is definitely a hardware issue IPhone 7 speaker will not work during phone call or anything IPhone 7 speaker will not work neither will the ear piece so can't call anyone cause i can't hear it's like the software for the actually speaker or sound has been removed off
